Update the Formitor plugin on your whole fleet from one button

One click pushes the latest plugin to every connected site with a per-site result, sites keep themselves current automatically afterward, and outdated sites are flagged on the dashboard.

Agencies don’t have a plugin update problem. They have a plugin update times ninety problem. Logging into ninety wp-admins to click Update on one plugin is exactly the kind of work that quietly never happens, which is how fleets end up running six different versions.

Formitor’s own plugin no longer has that excuse.

What shipped, in three layers

See what’s outdated. The dashboard flags any site running an old Formitor plugin with an Update badge showing installed vs. latest version. Fleet drift is visible at a glance.

Update everything in one click. The “Update sites” button pushes the latest plugin to every connected site at once and shows a per-site result, so you know exactly which sites updated and which need attention.

Then it stays current by itself. Each site keeps its Formitor plugin up to date automatically: when we ship an update, your sites pull it within about a day with nothing for you to do.

One transition note: a site running a much older plugin needs one final manual update from its own wp-admin to switch the self-update machinery on. After that, it’s hands-off permanently. And as of v0.2.25, hub-triggered updates reactivate the plugin automatically, closing the WordPress quirk where an updated plugin could be left deactivated.

Why it matters beyond convenience

Monitoring you forget to update is monitoring you slowly stop trusting. Adapter fixes, new CAPTCHA support, and safety hardening only protect the sites that actually run them. Fleet updates turn “latest version everywhere” from a chore into the default state.

Catch the failure before the client does.
