What counts as a check?
One monitoring run against one form or checkout: the test submission plus its delivery verification. Re-checks that confirm a failure before alerting do not burn your quota against you.
Are any features locked to higher tiers?
No. Checkout monitoring, email deliverability, CAPTCHA failure detection, client status pages, and every alert channel are on every plan, including Free. Tiers buy sites and check volume, plus priority support on Agency. Tools in this category typically gate WooCommerce testing behind their mid tier; we think that’s the wrong thing to charge for.
How far do the check quotas go?
You control cadence per form, so the quota is yours to spend. As a rule of thumb: daily checks cost about 30 checks per form per month. Free covers a handful of forms checked daily; Agency covers five hundred. Put the aggressive cadence on the money forms and a relaxed one on the rest.

How does billing work?
Billing runs on Stripe with secure checkout, automatic receipts, and a self-service portal for invoices, payment methods, and cancellation. Accounts start on the Free plan; nothing becomes billable without your explicit upgrade.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Monitoring keeps running on your existing forms; you just cannot add more sites or spend past the check quota until you upgrade. We never silently stop watching forms you already monitor.
