Set up alert notifications

Get told the moment a form breaks — and when it recovers. Alerts fire only on a change of state, so you won't be spammed.

Steps

  1. Click Notifications in the header.
  2. Under Add a destination, pick a Type: Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, SMS (via your own Twilio), or a generic Webhook.
  3. Give it a Label, then paste the Webhook URL (or your Twilio details for SMS).
  4. Choose Applies to (all sites or a specific one) and which Events to send — Failure, Recovery, or both.
  5. Click Add destination.
