Each form can show small badges next to its name:
- 📥 Inbox: a test email reached a real inbox.
- 📥 Promotions: delivered, but filed under Gmail's Promotions tab. This is not a failure or spam, just a different tab.
- ⚠ Spam: the test landed in the spam folder. Worth fixing.
- 🚫 Sent, never arrived: WordPress reported the email as sent, but it never showed up, usually a broken mail setup (a "silent drop").
- ✕ Send failed: WordPress could not send the email at all.
The small bar chart next to a form is its placement trend over the last 14 checks.
