“Is the website OK?” deserves a link, not a meeting. Formitor’s Share feature mints a public, read-only status page: every monitored form, its pass rate, delivery state and uptime. No login, nothing editable, nothing sensitive.
See it in under a minute:
Creating a link
Click Share in the sidebar. Name the link (the name becomes part of the URL), decide whether the public page may show error details (off by default; clients see that something failed, not stack traces), and pick the default view.

Create link gives you the URL plus a ready-made iframe embed code, so the status page can live inside your own agency dashboard or a client portal page:

What the client sees
A clean, auto-refreshing scoreboard. Forms, pass pills, pass rates, delivery, uptime. No settings, no buttons, no way in.

Revoking
Same modal, Revoke: the URL dies instantly. Mint per-client links with their name in the slug so you can cut exactly one client loose without touching the others.
Why this closes deals
Monitoring the client can see is a line item they’ll pay for. A status page with their name on it, embedded in your portal, green pills marching down the screen: that’s your retainer justifying itself every time they look.
